She began her career in the industry while in college, starting as a receptionist in a high-end salon and spa and working her way up to Regional Operations Manager--a journey that gives her a deep understanding of every level of the business.

Since joining Ethos Aesthetics + Wellness in 2023, Rani has played an integral role in expanding the brand and successfully opening multiple locations throughout New Jersey. A proven operator and growth strategist, she drives enterprise strategy, mentors high-performing teams, and is known for uncovering inefficiencies, training staff, and introducing new revenue streams.
