Rima is a member of the Ethos Aesthetics + Wellness ownership and management team. As the company's Brand Director, she spearheads the overall brand and marketing operations by setting brand goals and standards, coordinating and advising all departments to achieve cohesive and distinctive messaging, liaising with suppliers, staff, marketing and management, coordinating brand events, overseeing interior design direction and execution and providing constant guidance to full staff on innovative approaches to solidify, build and grow the Ethos Aesthetics + Wellness brand.

Rima's background in Entrepreneruship -- having owned, operated and sold several businesses -- as well as leading a top-performing residental real estate team -- has allowed her to master the art of building brand and marketing rapidly growing businesses. As a life-long resident of NJ, she is excited for the growing presence of Ethos Aesthetics + Wellness in New Jersey and soon beyond!
