Med Spa Manager

Join our team and help redefine aesthetic medicine in New Jersey.

The Front Desk Manager serves as the heart of the home within the clinic — leading daily operations, supporting both the client experience and internal team culture, while driving sales performance and operational excellence. This role is highly visible, client-facing, and leadership-focused, balancing front-of-house hospitality with strong organizational and operational management.

The ideal candidate is a warm, confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetics environment, can multitask effectively, inspire teams, maintain structure, and create an elevated experience for both clients and staff.

THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and support daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and a positive team environment
  • Serve as the primary leader and point of support for sales associates and clinical staff within the location
  • Create and maintain staff schedules for both sales associates and clinical providers
  • Assist with call-outs, coverage coordination, and day-to-day staffing adjustments
  • Foster accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and a strong clinic culture
  • Maintain calm, solution-oriented leadership during high-volume or fast-paced clinic days

Client Experience

  • Act as a warm, welcoming, and highly visible presence within the clinic
  • Ensure every client receives an elevated, personalized experience aligned with the Ethos brand
  • Build strong client relationships that encourage retention, loyalty, and trust
  • Support providers and front desk staff in maintaining seamless treatment flow throughout the day
  • Address client concerns professionally and proactively

Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive clinic sales performance through relationship-based selling and client education
  • Coach staff on consultation flow, membership conversations, retail recommendations, and client retention strategies
  • Monitor clinic goals, KPIs, conversion opportunities, and overall business performance
  • Help implement and uphold the Ethos approach to aesthetics sales and long-term client relationship building

Operations & Organization

  • Oversee clinic organization, inventory support, supply ordering, and operational readiness
  • Ensure all systems, workflows, and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and compliance expectations
  • Support communication between departments and leadership teams
  • Identify operational opportunities and implement process improvements when needed
