Med Spa Sales Consultant

The Sales Associate is responsible for guiding clients through the consultation and treatment planning process while delivering an elevated client experience. This role focuses on client education, treatment coordination, relationship building, and supporting clinic revenue growth through customized treatment plans, package recommendations, and ongoing client retention.
The Sales Associate acts as the liaison between the client, provider, and front desk team to ensure seamless communication and an exceptional patient journey from consultation through checkout.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Experience
- Welcome and guide clients through the consultation process
- Review completed intake and consent forms prior to consultation
- Escort clients to treatment rooms and take before photos as needed
- Discuss client goals, concerns, and desired outcomes
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service
Client Education & Treatment Planning
- Educate clients on services, treatments, memberships, and package options available within the clinic
- Identify treatment opportunities based on client concerns and goals
- Document client concerns and recommended treatment options for provider review
- Support providers by ensuring clear communication of client expectations and interests
Sales Coordination
- Review provider recommendations and create customized treatment plans and pricing options
- Present treatment costs, package pricing, and recommended treatment timelines to clients
- Answer client questions regarding treatments, memberships, packages, and scheduling
- Support clinic sales goals through ethical and education-focused selling
Front Desk & Scheduling Coordination
- Communicate finalized treatment plans and pricing to Front Desk for invoicing
- Coordinate scheduling timelines and recommended follow-up appointments
- Ensure clients are aware of when they should return for future treatments
Client Retention
- Encourage long-term treatment planning and rebooking
- Support client retention through consistent follow-up and relationship building
- Help maintain a high level of client satisfaction and overall clinic experience
QUALIFICATIONS
