THE ROLE
key responsibilities
greet patients
- Welcome patients with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
photography
- Capture high-quality photographs for documentation purposes, ensuring accurate and detailed visual records of patient progress
consent forms
- Assist in the completion of consent forms and other necessary documentation, ensuring all required information is accurately recorded
patient preparation
- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and properly prepped for treatments
- Assist with shaving and any necessary pre-procedure preparations
equipment & supplies management
- Ensure all required equipment and supplies are prepared and readily available for each procedure, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Conduct regular checks to verify equipment functionality and stock levels
inventory management
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that necessary supplies are well-stocked and readily available
- Conduct routine checks for expiration dates and replenish supplies as needed
room organization & stocking
- Ensure treatment rooms are appropriately stocked with necessary supplies and equipment for seamless procedure execution
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, creating a comfortable environment for patients
assist medical professionals
- Collaborate with medical professionals during procedures, providing necessary support and ensuring a smooth workflow
patient comfort & safety
- Monitor patient well-being during procedures, addressing any concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout the process
sterilization & sanitation
- Adhere to strict sterilization and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
patient education & communication
- Communicate with patients regarding pre and post-procedure care instructions, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
administrative support
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, record keeping, and inventory management
QUALIFICATIONS

required
- Previous experience in a similar role within a medical or aesthetic setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
preferred
- Certification in Medical Assisting or a related field
- Knowledge of medical spa procedures and equipment
