THE ROLE
key responsibilities
client consultations & assessments
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their aesthetic goals, medical history, and any underlying health conditions
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations for suitable treatments based on individual client needs
advanced aesthetic treatments
- Administer a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, such as injectables, laser procedures, and other non-surgical interventions, with precision and expertise
- Ensure treatments are performed safely and effectively, utilizing the latest techniques and technologies
customized treatment plans
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client, ensuring optimal results while prioritizing their safety and satisfaction
collaboration & communication
- Collaborate with the spa team, including aestheticians, front desk staff, and other medical professionals, to provide comprehensive and cohesive care
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing post-treatment care instructions
continual learning & skill advancement
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical aesthetics, attending relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs to enhance expertise and proficiency
compliance & safety
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and sterile environment for all procedures
- Ensure accurate documentation and proper charting of client treatments and outcomes
client education
- Educate clients on pre and post-procedure care, expected outcomes, and potential risks or side effects associated with treatments
- Provide detailed information on skincare routines and products to support post-treatment care
quality assurance
- Monitor treatment outcomes and client satisfaction, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results
professional development
- Engage in ongoing professional development, seeking opportunities for additional certifications or specializations in medical aesthetics
QUALIFICATIONS
what we're looking for
required
- Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate
- Board certification in a relevant field (e.g., Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Medicine)
- Proven experience in medical aesthetics, with a focus on advanced injectables and aesthetic procedures
preferred
- Previous experience in a high-end medical spa or luxury aesthetic practice
- Strong aesthetic eye and proficiency in utilizing advanced technologies for aesthetic treatments
