Ethos Aesthetics + Wellness is a distinguished high-end medical spa dedicated to providing top-tier aesthetic and wellness services. We combine medical expertise with luxury spa amenities across seven New Jersey locations.
THE ROLE
key responsibilities
team leadership & development
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of aestheticians, medical assistants, and support staff
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing and motivated team
- Provide written quarterly reviews for staff
operational excellence
- Implement and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless spa operations
- Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and equipment maintenance to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
guest experience & satisfaction
- Set and uphold the highest standards for guest service, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and a memorable experience
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, seeking resolutions to enhance satisfaction
sales & revenue growth
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, including retail sales, package promotions, and memberships
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed
compliance & safety
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including licensing, health, and safety standards
- Oversee sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene practices to maintain a safe and clean spa environment
product & treatment knowledge
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in skincare and aesthetic treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with suppliers and medical professionals to introduce new products and services
- Ensure all staff are trained and able to speak about the various treatments and products
administrative duties
- Manage scheduling, appointment bookings, and oversee client records and documentation in compliance with privacy laws
- Prepare reports, budgets, and financial statements for regular review and analysis
additional responsibilities
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time, contributing to the overall success of the spa
QUALIFICATIONS
what we're looking for
required
- Proven experience in spa management, preferably in a high-end medical spa or luxury spa environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of achieving performance targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in spa management software and MS Office suite
preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Certification or background in aesthetics or skincare
- Previous experience with medical aesthetic treatments or procedures
